IRK: What are you most passionate about with respect to taking care of people and the planet? 

Supporting female founders that are contributing critical system change for women in the fashion industry to earn fair wages, operate in safe and ethical working conditions and achieve effective leadership.

IRK: What are some conscious actions you implement in your daily life?

Support independent ethical businesses, shop preloved, decrease use of single-use plastics by using reusable bags and containers when can, eat vegetarian, when possible walk, public transport or car share.

IRK: What’s your hope for the future of the planet? 

A fair and inclusive fashion workforce that in turn collectively transforms communities for people and planet.
